The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The Duty Mgr  took the time to meet me and ask about my stay. The hotel was excellent, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast bar is among the best.

The Staff.. All were very courteous & accomodating. The Hotel itself is very new. The hotel security was very tight which is good! The room is very clean. Free wifi for all guests staying @bai. Overall, I had a great stay @ Bai hotel. Salamat Bai!
The water drain wasn't working well but they fixed it asap.

Room was too cold. Weather was not too hot for the temperature to be set to its coldest. Overall still excellent hotel and stay.

The staff is absolutely incredible here, everyone was super sweet and went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Nice central location as well. Water was hot and had great water pressure. (Iykyk) Pool was fun for the whole family! The bai robot for amenities was an added bonus for our toddler he loved seeing it deliver items to us. Great value honestly for a comfortable place to stay in Cebu.
The place needs updating for sure, you can see it’s a bit run down. And at times our bathroom had a slight sewage smell even though we were on the 18th floor. I also would not recommend the evening buffet (about 32 USD per person), for the money we paid it’s not worth it. The breakfast buffet was decent enough but gets pretty busy.
Bai Hotel Cebu was an excellent place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well run, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The facilities were great, especially the pool and dining areas. We stayed on Christmas Day, and the Christmas buffet was amazing — a huge variety of high-quality food, beautifully presented, and a great atmosphere. It really made our stay feel special. Staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the corridor carpet. The interior decor was poor, and the furniture was old and worn. The fabric on the corridor chairs was dirty and had many moldy stains.

It is in a great location where it's accessible to everything especially the airport and shopping centers. The food and dining area was excellent and had a lot of choices from different cultures. It was more than I expected.
The bathroom didn't have enough hooks to hang your clothes while taking a shower. Shuttle service from and to airport are limited and more expensive than taking Grab. Shuttle should be complimentary if you're a guest.

Roof top bar 20 plus tables reserved for people that never came there. Could not stay at the bar because there were no seats . They could had made more money by opening up the reserved tables. Then the breakfast buffet was so busy there were no available tables. The only tables empty, were the reserved table. Maybe 30 plus tables. After walking around with a plate of food and no tables available. My girlfriend and I put the full plates down are a counter and left for a different restaurant. There are many nice hotel in Cebu so next time I will try a different hotel
